West Bank: 2 Palestinians killed in clashes with Israeli forces

There were no injuries among Israeli soldiers. During searches that were conducted in the area, a hand gun and bullet casings were confiscated, according to the IDF Spokesperson's Unit. Easrlier Wednesday, another Palestinian was killed as a result of clashes with an Israeli security force in a refugee camp in the West Bank town of Jenin, Palestinian sources reported. The Israeli security force, with the Border Guard's counterterrorism unit, has entered the Jenin refugee camp dressed as technicians to arrest an Islamic Jihad operative, who, in light of the exchange of fire, was not detained. Counterterrorism force hunts Islamic Jihad operative According to reports, Palestinians fired at the force and hurled firebombs, prompting the Israeli security officers to fire back.   Other than the man who was killed in the incident, two Palestinians sustained light injuries and five sustained moderate injuries as a result of the clashes.
